I have no choice but to go to Staples but I swear, every time I go there is ONE person behind the copy center counter and a line of people. As I type this, I have been waiting for 10 minutes simply just to pick up an order that I've already submitted via online. The person who is the manager on duty walked away from helping the gentleman behind the counter when I walked toward the counter and hasn't come back yet. There are now 2 of us waiting in line and the person currently being helped is not giving a sign of ending soon.... read more

I love Staples in general, but seriously, what kind of idiot decided to close the store at 7p on a Saturday in the busiest part of the county? For that reason alone, I give this particular store 1 star.
