I received terrible treatment 2 days ago from Staples employees. I went to have a brochure photocopied for work, and I needed it for the following day. Despite having very few customers in the store the man at the printing desk told me I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours to have it done. I told him I did not have time to wait 2 to 3 hours - that I had driven in from a different city, and was there anything he could do to speed it up. He said no. I'm not sure where to start... the outstanding customer service of the people in the copy department, to the care heartfelt concern of store manager to the entire staff at this Staples in Marysville, WA, the communication and help was like nothing I have ever experienced in a retail environment. This store is sufficiently stocked with reasonably priced items. The store circular is helpful at times. Several customer sales agent and a few computer sales agents are also helpful. Most of the sales agents are friendly/helpful and are familiar with the policies and procedures of Staples. I recommend this store to the surrounding area of this community. I will be returning to this Staples for future purchases.

Bad Customer service. There's this clerk at the Burien store, she is so unprofessional and talks too loud. In fact during working hours noticed her, that all she does is talk and talk and talk. I've ask her where the USBs' are, she just said "over there" with an accent, and then went back to talk and talk and talk. Her name tag says Abby. If I were you, don't keep this employee.
Never Going Back to this store! we bought a printer/scanner/copier there b/c it came with all of the ink cartridges. the price was better this way so we were convinced to buy it at staples. well, the joke was on us b/c the ink was only a "sample" cartridge! yeah, they don't tell u that. we were completely out of ink in two days. we took the cartridges back to the store and the lady informed me those were just samples; now I have to spend another $75! furthermore, she threw away the ones I took in so now we have nothing.
