Terrible service today in ups/copy department. I have never had trouble people have always helped but the two idiots they had working today clearly did not want to help me! I think hope is the name of the lady that always gives great service. If she is gone they need to bring her back!!!! All I wanted to do was get a box and ship something but i was told to go to the post office and to the other ups store. Thanks for nothing after I hauled my 2 year old and a 18 x 24 painting!
Horrible service in the copy and print department! False advertisement. Management needs improving!!
Went in on Saturday to get some copies made and didn't know exactly how to set up the page. At first, Ashley seemed somewhat impatient that I was not sure what I wanted... but later discovered she was not feeling well. She took my drive, printed off what I wanted, copied, pasted, cut, finished with a smile and, "anything else I can do for you".
