I went in to buy a power cable for my tv that came without one. A manager ask if I needed help. .told him what I needed. .he brought me to where the cables were.....we noticed they were sold out of the one I needed. The manager said hold on.....brought me to his desk.....grabbed me a cable that would work and just gave it to me.....for free...... Wish I got his name. .....awesome! !!!!!!
I broke my phones screen this morning and called them. They gave me an estimate, I dropped off my phone, came back after a lunch date with my fiancé to a friendly manager who gave us a coupon that didn't quite work at first, and now my phone looks like it just came out of the box. Super friendly and super professional Easy Tech staff!
