My husband attempted to make a purchase of $23. The attendant tried his card 3 times to no avail before my husband decided to go somewhere else. The next day they pulled all three of those charges. It’s been over a week and he has yet to be reimbursed. He walked out of the store empty handed and $70ish short in his bank account. Do Not Recommend
Your customer service at the print center is poor. One word answers to questions and concerns are not helpful. When I asked if you would cut the documents I printed you said that it would cost $2 per cut. Really?
We stood in your Staunton store for over an hour to buy a laptop and accessories and still never got waited on.
Was just in tonight at 8 30 and wanted to say yall have an amazing worker at the copying area. The girl was so nice and really helpful not just with me but with the other customer as well. Definitely noteable.
