This store has gone ridiculously downhill. Took my father-in-law in today so he could buy a new desktop PC. They only had two models, a Dell and an HP. Both of them were out of stock, as was the 23" monitor he wanted. Then it turned out that they weren't even available online so they couldn't *order* one for him. Why the hell put the damned things out on the shelf if no one can buy them?!
