Terrible customer service. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me return a product. When they finally showed up to help me they told me I had to wait in line at the checkout. The checkout today was being manned by 2 people and the lines were 10 people deep. I was not going to wait even longer. Will not but from Staples again! Easy returns my ass.
