I have always had excellent customer service in the print/marketing department. Beginning in 2010 when I printed my own wedding invitations through this year with another batch of wedding invites and baby shower invites. The team there is always willing to work with me to make sure my copies are printed and cut exactly like I want them. Great service!!
Thank you for being so great today. I had gone to the downtown Staples to get my brochures and business cards done, but the machine went down--which happens. If you work with computers, you know what that's like... Well, it didn't stop my work from getting printed. Nathan at the downtown store already had everything set up to print and was happy to send it to the Pleasantburg store who had them printed and ready to go quickly.
They must think everybody that enters their store already knows everything there is to know. Wanted to get a laptop, young guy acted like he knew everything--I don't know If he did or not. He talked so fast, I told him I didn't understand a word he said. Then sells me a piece of cardboard with office on it. Didn't tell me it was good for only a year! I was looking for the disc, didn't tell me I had to go online to get instructions to download! Then he tells me they can blow out the laptop, do you know what that means? It mea... read more
I had to have some things printed, and came to Staples because it was right on the way. WOW! What a mistake!! Instead of emailing the document to their computer and having them print the document, I had to log on to one of their computers to the tune of 30 cents a minute! It took a full five minutes to even get to my email because the computer was so slow! Long story short, what wouldn't have cost me $3 at Office Depot ended up costing me nearly $15!! Staples puts out placeholder hard drives but does not actually have the hard drive in stock. Unfortunately there is no way to know this until you arrive at the register and they have rung up all of your other items. Please consider only displaying stock you actually have on site.
