Prices are out of ordinary. I tried to buy a print service, paid 33% more to have it at the time, and they asked my full name, telephone and email. I told I'm giving my personnal information for a simple service THAT I WAS PAYING MORE TO GET AT THE TIME. The manager didn't want to help and showed total indifferent to my situation. IF YOU NEED PRINT SERVICE, GO TO UPS ACROSS THE STREET.
Dont do your amazon returns here. They moved returns to their checkout area, make you wait before telling you its over there rather than simply having signage stating so & then when you wait in line at the checkout area, they will take the customers behind you if youre not buying something from them, as if its your fault the company is affiliated with amazon. I was trying to print two document. Nobody help me. I said I never done this how to do this the explaining me or do this do this do this still? I was confused. They waste my 20 minute. That is not fair.
