Went into the store today 2/7/26 around 4:25 to get a reprint of a passport photo that this location had taken, and also buy a calendar. There were 2 female employees that were busy helping customers, one working copy and print and the other was going back and forth between being a regular cashier and doing amazon returns. Kudos to her for working both areas with no help. I was told that I would need to go to the copy and print in order to get a reprint. Recent visits have resulted in really great customer service especially at the Shipping and Printing and Cashier areas. I want to say thank you to Jeimi and Michelle. They are always kind, professional, fast, kind are really cool and helpful people to talk to and they help me get my needs done in and out! Thanks so much all!
The staff were helpful, however, there was only one staff member that helped many people during my visit. Additionally, the prices of business related printing (such as business cards) were not clear until the time where we were ordering the actual printing. The place itself was clean and organized though. Overall, I think it is a good place to visit.
I know is a tiresome job, Ian, but if you don’t like taking care of customers after the holidays season maybe you should find a different job instead the Amazon returns desk. Or maybe hint a smile or two at the customers in front of you that greet you cheerfully. Happy new year.
Ordered online for pick-up and it was ready quickly. Staff was prepared and courteous. Great shopping experience!
