This staples is awful. Made to wait by a manager half an hour to exchange a day planner due to fact I bought it several days after the new year and it was the the wrong year. The fact is I did not have a receipt. And was given the run around about a sku number and such. Horrible customer service to make a customer trying to exchange a simple item wait such a long time. Awful staples don't go here.
