the people who work here are great but the manager (Eric) is so rude. I was blown away by his lack of professionalism and compassion. he was passive aggressive to us as customers and he was more rude with his employees. we will shop else where to avoid this person. I cannot believe he speaks to people the way he does.

I finally came to Staples after having 3 consecutive bad experiences at another Dubuque printing location (I like to give every business a fair try) I was impressed by the prices, the selections, and the help I received from Jenny in the print center. I left feeling like my business is in good hands for all my printing needs!
