Employees are rude. The prices are outrageous.
They appear to have more than enough employees on the floor, but there must be ZERO emphasis placed on customer service. We couldn't get any assistance, and when we decided to walk out and were discussing our displeasure we walked right past the manager on duty who continued to ignore us. I give them two thumbs down
i ordered 600 biz cards at 1pm, they told me to expect them done in the morning, i got a call saying they were ready at 3pm...very sneaky, but extremely fast
