photo printing service counter workers don't know their job. They made me wait over 1.5 hours to set up to print. But end up they can't print it. They didn't explain why. Because they don't know what is going on or wrong. Young man at the counter doesn't know anything and he knows I'm waiting long time but didn't follow up anything. It was not busy when I was there. Poor customer service. No apology at all. I wasted almost 2 hours. Never go there again.
Like the other two comments before me. I was not impressed with my first visit here. I couldn’t find a product so I went up to these 2 male employees in their mid-20’s to 30’s who were helping a customer so I patiently waited until they were done talking. Normally my favorite store but I just received the worst customer service from the store regarding a computer I left to fix. No ever called to update me. I had to go check both times I wanted updates.
Worst customer service ever. My apologies to the two bimbos who were obviously not interested in working.
A couple of days ago myself and my wife decided to swing by the store to pick up a few items. At the entrance we spotted your "No Guns Allowed" sign and since both myself and my wife were carrying guns (to protect ourselves and our kids) we decided to respect your wishes and take our business elsewhere. We are both highly trained as I am a veteran law enforcement officer and firearms instructor still, we will respect your policy and will not patron a business that doesn't respect our rights.
Best customer service. Love this store location, makes my life a bit easier!
