I've been here a handful of times and have always had a crappy experience with this copy center. I called ahead of time regarding the laminator and it took 3 calls. and 15 total minutes of being on hold just to talk to thr woman in customer service, who then said id have to pay a rush fee for calling ahead of time to have the laminator hot enough to drop off a print to he laminated... i worked at staples 3.5 years ago, in the copy center at another location and have never heard of them charging a rush fee to prep the laminat... read more
There is a 2 week no return policy on electronics. Even if it’s unopened package. Unacceptable policy.
Stay away from this location, if you value your time. I cannot afford to let them have a 3rd strike with mine. (sorry for the long read, but the Staples employees I write about keep it interesting) About a year ago, I returned a laptop to this location, after having to wait about 40 minutes, for the manager on duty to "okay" it's return.
