The computer froze after I paid for my transaction and the printer would not print a receipt. I showed the manager where the money had come out of my bank account, however she said she would not give me the merchandise because it was not in the system. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for them to try and fix the problem but the manager never tried to get it fixed. Called the bank and claimed fraud. (Items paid for Not received)! We will not return thank goodness there’s Best Buy and Amazon.
Why you have porta potties for Customer use? And not Rest rooms really
just left this store. Manager named Vince is your typical "im the manager, im up here and you'r down there" guy. I redeemed a staples rewards I didnt know it expired yesterday, I totally cool and would understand if I wouldnt be able to use it. But he was very nice to still hav me use it until he started explaining some redemption policy which I obviously didnt get a grasp at first... so he started saying "you're not getting me blah blah blah.." gave me that "you should've known" look. Manager does not stop what she is doing to help customer and waits til other employee finishes helping who he is helping and still tells him to file paper like seriously I guess thats why she works at a minimal job because she does minimal work........ Poor Remsy
Third time I have left my items and walked out of this particular store. One register open, line is not moving, employees walking around. Not much here that I can't get across the street at Walmart... Or Office Depot in Palmdale.
this was the WORSE staples I have ever gone too..... I wanted to print something, and they had tons of excuses why they couldn't, they were very rude and unhelpful, and worse, they wanted me to pay up to $40 to buy stuff just to do a 20 cent job. I will never go back to this staples again... I am used to a lot better!
