There were 2 female employees at the register today that were completely calm & doing their job right!! The main one had an old abusive lady unreasonably yelling at her. Everyone in the store heard it. The customer was out of control. I filmed part of it. Your employee handled it so well & professional. It was impressive. The other employee had a rude older lady making stupid entitled comments. The girl was just trying to help her. Again, the employee was stellar in composer. It was uncalled for. So when you get to the register and the clerk says "did you find everything you want?" and I say "no",,,the expectation is that he would ask how he could help. Nope. Not even after I question why he would ask if he doesn't want to know? He simply stared at me like I was nuts and asked for my rewards # Clearly he doesn't want to know I wanted to buy a computer that did not have a price next to it but the employee who had been using it for personal stuff would not listen to me when I said the sign she pointed to was wrong.
