I had a horrible experience with a rude employee in the copy center. They've lost a 10 year customer. The end of the conversation was witnessed by the store manager who did nothing.
Everybody in the store are friendly. Especially, in the printing area. I am not sure what the employees name is, I think Sarah, was very helpful. Five star rating!!!! Thanks for your help and nice smile.
