I went to Staples today to purchase some paper for work and the girl at the register was so absolutely rude. I noticed all of the interaction with the lady in front of me and when it came to me she asked no questions, if I found everything ok, was I rewards member or anything. The name on her cup read DAR. I will not visit that store again because customer service is very important to me and she clearly lacks the skills needed to execute.
A colossal thank you to the staples employee who helped me with binding my cram sheets! I was extemely exhausted from working and didn’t catch his name. It took him a few minutes to bind it. UPS store had three employees work on binding it for like forty minutes and couldn’t accomplish the job! On top of that he didn’t even charge me for it! Way to go Staples! Using staples for all my binding needs for on. I highly recommend the print center at this location.
Love Staples!!! The Best part...looking across the street and seeing the Best Grill Hot Dog Food Truck in the World!!!
