RecommendedWorked there two years ago.. Great store and great workers. Using a lot of what I learned there, now in my life. Definitely liked that job. Wish I could work there again if only I pushed myself harder. Honestly heard some of the new workers are bad and a lot of bad reviews lately... Mike the supervisor still there? The new manager is EXCELLENT. He's been handling my business accounts and they've been very helpful and responsive. Most recently handled a problem with a recently purchased printer and they swapped it out for a better one with no hassle.
Horrible customer service. Store manager is a liar. Will never go to staples again. I will spread the word of how bad they are. Even their google reviews are horrible. They will be out of business soon enough
I don't know why I bothered trying to get copies made here again when the first time was a ridiculous experience full of excuses. Everything is apparently a drop off, even services I've had done regularly at other Staples locations without a hassle or issue. They also lost an outgoing package of mine last year that mysteriously showed back up again a few months later. Don't step in the door unless you absolutely have to.
Poorly done Staples, poorly done. We stopped in on our way home to get 12 copies made. After waiting 5 minutes without even being acknowledged I probably should have left. However, I stayed. I asked to have my copies made and was told that they couldn't do anymore jobs "while you wait" that I would have to leave it. I explained by the time she did a proof for me she could just as easily do the whole job. This is when I was told they didn't even have time to do proofs.
