Dr Elgundy is the best doctor I have ever had- he listens and always has smart and good advice- he takes things seriously when needed. He’s always very professional and goes above and beyond for his patience to ensure they receive the best care possible!
Absolutely horrible experience at Stapleford Medical Clinic. Dr. Fatemeh Askarian is one of the most arrogant and unprofessional doctors I’ve ever met. She’s bossy, dismissive, and acts like she knows everything. There’s no kindness or respect in the way she treats patients — it honestly feels like she can’t be bothered to listen or care. Worst experience from a medical clinic. Dr. Hasantha is a very rude and unprofessional health practitioner. I would recommend everyone stay FAR AWAY from this medical clinic if you need a walk-in. No walk-in clinic is great in Canada, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at one and I am appalled at Dr. Hasantha’s manner and arrogance.
Unfortunately the clinic has become so busy that it takes 2-3 months to make an appointment with your family doctor. I don’t want to be forced into a walk in clinic with someone who isn’t familiar with my health concerns. I want to see the family doctor that I picked out because I liked them and they listened to me. I hope you guys can open up more time slots with family doctors for their patients instead of trying to force people into walk in.
