An excellent Gym that goes the extra mile to make you feel a part of their community. If you haven’t already, you should give them a go!
I’ve been attending the small group sessions at Stanza twice a week for a year now and can’t recommend the team there enough. Stanza is so much more than just a gym, it’s a real community. Such a supportive, friendly and encouraging environment, they get the right balance between challenging, motivating and treating you as an individual. Thanks to the amazing team @ Stanza. I agree with every one of these reviews - I'd never considered myself a "gym person" but on moving to Bath a friend recommended Stanza and I haven't looked back. Such a supportive, skilled team and a fab community - even if I really don't feel like working out, it always helps to look forward to seeing some friendly faces and I know I'm guaranteed to walk out feeling better - stronger in body and mind - than when I walked in. I would highly recommend this gym. All the trainers are very passionate about their job and really know their stuff. It was great to have a tailored fitness plan to me and my body.
