I was a member of Stanza Fitness for over a year. When I decided to leave no one acknowledged my email resigning. As I had not received an acknowledgement after a week I printed it off and took it into Stanza as I thought it had gone into there junk mail. I was met with a PT who said it was being processed. No one contacted me to ask why I was leaving as they said they would when I informed them verbally in the first instance. As an ex member I am disappointed to be treated like this
