Very peaceful and interesting place in the middle of the city. There were several walking trails from easy to more difficult. I use a cane and I was able to walk with not much trouble.

Get off the beaten path taking an opportunity to learn about many bird species including several birds of prey. Stretch your legs for a longer hike or take a quick loop, either way the sounds of day to day melt away as you enter the forest.

Unfortunately the experience I had here wasn’t great. The birds were not out (I think we only saw two) and spent most of the time just listening to one guy talk about birds and another guy making you hike a trail that’s is fairly dangerous especially for little ones, and talked about smelling trees and mediating in the forest. Just an odd place with little wildlife interaction.

The trails were nice, but I feel like the birds shouldn't be cooped up like that it was sad to me they need to be free unless they are sick or injured they shouldn't be kept in sad cages
