He’s the best!
He did rotator cuff surgery on me. It was unsuccessful, and he wouldn’t even tell me that he didn’t get the shoulder back together correctly. I went for many follow up visits to find out why my shoulder wasn’t working and he just kept avoiding my questions, no matter how I worded them. He knew that he didn’t get it back together, but would not tell me. I thought I had to do more physical therapy. But the fact is- surgery was unsuccessful. It took me a whole year to find this out. Excellent! Broke my arm/shoulder on a Saturday and had an appointment Monday. Fortunately he said I didn’t need surgery. Very attentive and compassionate. Highly recommend this practice I have seen several doctors at Plymouth Bay Orthopedic.
Not Great. Got virtually no suggestions on what to do to improve my condition. Very uncommunicative. Felt like he was trying to hurry me out of the office.
Met with Leanna-she was wonderful
I have now tried over 11 times to get through to make a follow up appt NO ANSWER! If making a follow up appt is this hard, something is wrong there.
