Joe and his staff are fantastic. I was treated for degenerative joint disease in my neck that's really just from a lifetime of bad habits regarding posture and lifting. I didn't realize just how badly I had been lifting things all my life. They were incredibly friendly while also firmly keeping me in check to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. I'll be doing the exercises they taught me for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend them.

I was a new patient- seen once for evaluation in November. I have 4 kids, one of which is a baby- I had to cancel two appts- once because I had sick kids and the other because their bus was late and I couldn’t get to my appt in time and they suggested to reschedule because I’d be late. I called more than once to reschedule with no call back. I finally get ahold of them today and they “have to check if they’ll still see me” because I had two cancellations. They are top notch. I have been going to Tina for a while and she is extremely knowledgeable. Her help has been invaluable in my improvement. Recently I have had Cheryl--and she has also been excellent. I really value the these ladies expertise as well as their approach. I was referred to this clinic and could not be happier.
