Pamela is an actual terror. She proceeded to scream at me in front of all the other patients becauee she thought I talked bad about her. Actually screamed. It was horrible and embarrassing. The rest of the staff was pretty good but would never go back. I’ve been sober almost 9 months. It would have been great but Pamela (head person) is horrible, treated me badly for remaining 2 weeks and made me think I wouldn’t graduate. One of their workers was at krogers and didn't even look behind them to see someone was walking behind their red dodge caravan and almost hit me with their car! The only reason I know it was your establishment is because I followed them and they pulled into the parking lot behind the building. DO BETTER! BE MORE AWARE!!!
I can’t thank Santon Villa I was so broken when I got there. The staff was so kind and caring and helped me learn how to live again. If you are truly broken and want there help they can help you become better. I will never forget any of them and they will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you all for everything.
I don't recommend, especially in the winter cause the 2 detox rooms are freezing. They put you on tons of "comfort meds" they call them . I left there after freezing to death after 5 days and went into therapy elsewhere. That place needs major improvement in every way shape and form. Also they had barking dogs that they foster and let just say " very annoying " when your detoxing. It was a joke.
