Rex. Rex is the worse. He strongholds people with his legal knowledge into settling. This guy had no moral character and you should not be "sweet talked" into a deal with him. He will swindle you.
I inquired about some legal help on behalf of a friend of mines in dire need of housing, who's tryn to get an eviction removed off her record that the llandlord really falsely evicted her of an becuz of this, the voucher got terminated from Olathe housing for failure to communicate on their behalfs around the pandemic so basically she's homeless...a good person wit sum bad breaks they should be more then willn to help...but noone thus far has gotten back to me promptly.
