If I could give zero stars, I would. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service at this practice. I brought my son in for an appointment, and the staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional. They stereotyped us from the second we arrived and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. Some of the employees were nice. But overall, too many delays for a single pair of frames. Ordered on 09/30/2025. Didn't get my glasses until today 10/21/2025. I suggest taking business somewhere else. Never coming back.......

The staff is great and very friendly. However, I had no idea that this was going to be a virtual eye exam. Eye health is so incredibly important and having some random doctor on the other end of a video camera is legitimately insane. I picked this place because it has such great reviews. I will not be coming back but I do appreciate the staffs time.

Fantastic service, Margarrette was phenomenal. I paid less than I was expecting, and despite being short staffed and very busy, was helped very promptly. I do not think I could have had a better experience. Will definitely comeback when I get a second pair as backup, and will make sure to see Mararrette again.

I went in earlier this year for an eye exam and noticed there was a smudge on the lens of the testing machine. I mentioned it to the technician, but they told me it would be fine and continued the exam without restarting. Unfortunately, it wasn’t fine—my results were completely off. Because of this, I ended up with a prescription I can’t use and contacts I can’t see out of.
