Allison and Kate were super friendly and professional and really helped me out. They're really easy to deal with.
Horrible experience! Whoever working there today should be FIRED! This women was super rude acted like we as the customer are bothering her or taking her time. Was not willing to help even though we have insurance she was unwilling to call insurance 1-800 # to verify insurance. I rather pay $100s somewhere else where We are treated with respect and 0 rudeness.
Well, abundant selection of frames. Appointment took about 1 1/2 hours, walk in to walk out. I chose Stanton because they advertise same day glasses.....BUT was told about a week to get new glasses. When I asked about the same day delivery was told "oh no. Takes about a week. We'll call you" I felt very mislead, after paying almost $600, No glasses today, tomorrow , etc. Customer service by the 2 ladies was very good, just pissed I don't get glasses today. I went in after seeing their promotion for $232 for contacts. When I got there, Katheryn at the counter quoted me $409. I told her that didn’t add up, and she broke it down: the contacts plus the contact lens exam, totaling $409. I reminded her that the promotion clearly says the exam is free and that buying an annual supply gets me 20% off, which puts the total at $232 before tax.
