kate is horrible customer service. no respect or kindness whatsoever.
Don't go here they go for money over customers they didn't give us a physical prescription only via email plus they didn't send me a policy on any issue we have. We went back because my wife's prescription wasn't accurate we needed to adjust the prescription, we spent on the prescription and contacts and they said I have to pay for new prescription and contacts. I recommend to go walmart we never have a problem they will fix it at no cost.

Absolutely do not go here. I showed up to get an eye exam via appointment. Was a little sketched out they didn't ask for my insurance when I made the appointment. But figured when I got in they would. When I arrived somebody came up seems to have a hard time locating my information for my appointment but ultimately located it. I had to remind them that I did the online forms when they tried to get me to do them in person. They seemed very out of it.
