I give 3 stars only because how wonderful the staff at the location is. Otherwise I give Stanton Optical a fat “0”. The virtual appointment is less than acceptable. First off, I couldn’t understand the dr on the tv screen because of such a very strong accent. I kept asking her to repeat herself. A week and a half later I go pick up my glasses. From scheduling my own appointment online to the eyeglasses selection, my experience was great. I recommend this bussines over any of the big names eye center that are close by. They took the time to help me and I did not feel rushed neither coarsed to pick the most expensive option. I was treated with kindness and respect. Rachel was wonderful, professional, honest and understanding. She took the time to give me options and helped me pick the best available based on my budget and vision needs.
