I recently had an exam and purchased contacts at Stanton Optical, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. Firstly, my eye exam was not properly conducted, leaving me concerned about the accuracy of the prescription. The contacts that were prescribed to me were also incorrect, causing discomfort and poor vision. Showed up to my 10:00am appointment and the store wasn't even open. Waited 15 minutes then called customer support line - who was nice about it, but couldn't reach the store either. Came back around 10:25 and started my appointment closer to 10:40. Sales rep barely acknowledged me. The only thing the technician did was take me to a room to do a virtual eye exam 🤣 Ummm what kind of optometrist.... anyways. Not coming back here. However I will say they have fair prices.
