Showed up to my 10:00am appointment and the store wasn't even open. Waited 15 minutes then called customer support line - who was nice about it, but couldn't reach the store either. Came back around 10:25 and started my appointment closer to 10:40. Sales rep barely acknowledged me. The only thing the technician did was take me to a room to do a virtual eye exam 🤣 Ummm what kind of optometrist.... anyways. Not coming back here. However I will say they have fair prices.
