Went in to get a pair of glasses fixed and ended up buying a new pair! Lo’Shern Diaz and Michelle S made me feel completely at home. Their personalities and attitudes to helping customers went above and beyond their performance! Thank you two so much!
Great customer service, very professional, the store is kept very clean and organized. The Brand Manager Lo’Shern Diaz went above and beyond to make our experience great. Sheryl and Michelle the other employees at this location were also very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone employed at this location have great customer service skills and positive communication skills. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this location to family and friends.
Great service, chill staff, good selection of frames
Loshern Diaz was extremely attentive super quick and professional. He made our first time getting glasses really easy and relaxed he was very comforting. 10 outta 10 would definitely come back again.
The staff and manager are awesome. Probably the best experience I've had picking a new pair of glasses.
