Just went to Stanton Optical off university and I had the most amazing experience! I’m from Dallas and I had to get my prescription transferred and I didn’t come fully prepared but Jayla Pettigrew took such good care of me and made the process so stress free! OMG she’s also so good at helping customers pick out frames! Felt like I had a personal guide! I DONT KNOW WHO I NEED TO TALK TO BUT SHE NEEDS A RAISE ASAP! If you go don’t get help from anyone but her! She’s amazing!!!
Horrible place, I went to try to make an appointment for an eye exam and the two employees looked at me from head to toe. I'm Hispanic and they looked at me with racism.
Christal was spectacular. I needed a quick turnaround to replace my glasses lenses and she made it happen in 1 day. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend this place! They are so kind and helpful. They care a lot about customer satisfaction.
