Let me start with, the actual humans there, were amazing. The virtual doctor was unexpected and a disappointment, I want an actual person examining my eyes. Hoping my glasses come out right, because the lady in the screen was going way too fast for me to focus.
This has to be the worst place to get your glasses. I waited over a month to get my glasses in. Then I get to the store and get attacked by one of the workers for simply standing and waiting at the front desk bc I refused to sit down. As a woman I had aunt flow and I have a heavy flow. Sitting down is not exactly a great option which I expressed and in doing so I got threatened to not get helped at all due to this. All associates are always so helpful when I come in for anything no matter what it is! Very grateful for the associates and all the assistance I’ve received from Stanton Optical! If you’re looking for an affordable eyeglasses and great customer service this is the place to be! Update went back and I truly can’t say enough how helpful this staff is and their manager Jessica is so is really amazing in how she interacts with her team and helps everyone out
