Absolutely horrible. You see a zoom technician. No doctor in sight or anywhere. My daughter was so confused by the zoom technicians questions I knew her prescription would not be accurate. After waiting an hour they asked that we re do the exam. Don’t waste your time find somewhere else

Horrible place dont bother scheduling an appointment, they just take walk-ins over you. Sat there waiting 40 mins after my schedule appointment.
Had 12:30PM appt , walked in 15mins until the appt wasn’t addressed or “helped” until 12:33 PM . When pointing out the poor customer service and disregard I was relied with “FANTASTIC, Right this way” .. we’ll update towards the end to see how it goes.
