The staff are incredibly patient and kind, especially Maddy and Ashley. I cannot thank both of them enough for being so nice to me and my mother, we were there for a long time, but we both felt very comfortable and welcome. I cannot recommend this location enough. It was the first time we went there and the experience was awesome, thank you for all being amazing!

Highly recommend this location! Ashli, the Manager, she's awesome! And Maddy who assisted me through the whole process of getting my glasses, she is such a delightful person and very friendly, she's amazing! These two ladies helped me a lot to understand what I'm paying for!
I lived in the Dallas area for many years and was always a faithful customer at My Eyelab on Custer and 121 near McKinney. The manager and the sales associates were amazing and helpful. I recently moved to the Houston area and my glasses broke and I needed to buy a new pair. I went to a Stanton Optical (not this one) and it was not a pleasant experience.
