I am pleased with the customer service. They met all my needs and addressed all my concerns from the day the exam was done up until we picked up the glasses. All forms were returned to us in a timely manner, even quicker than we expected. Felicia and the other representatives were responsive and communicative all the way through. Not only that, their estimation of the day/time the glasses would be ready for pick-up was 100% accurate. There were no extended wait-times or delays.
Highly professional, quick, helpful and stellar customer service are what I would use to describe Ms. Madi and her assistants working there. Christian granted a great eye exam experience followed by a very informative Ms. Madi who gave me high level advice and information on my eye glasses and how to take care of them. Please stop by and visit for great eye care and awesome selection of frames to keep you looking your best
Worst customer support. My prescription was off severely and my vision was blurry, no empathy, no suggestions to maybe find another store with a physical Dr i can ask questions to, knowone to assist with concerns properly, no customer support what so ever. This place is a joke. The tele doctor totally screwed up my prescription. Im paying for an exam that is incorrect, no trials to take with me, and cant do anything with the prescription. Complete trash. I would never ever recommend anyone to this place.
