Christian gets 1 stars for his customer service as well. Called to return Felecia call and was he very rude to my question. Maddie was beyond rude and hard to deal with to return contacts, that I haven’t even picked up yet over the phone. She said I would have to wait until the rep that assisted me come back on the following day. Although the person I spoke with yesterday said it was no problem and their refund policy states you have 60 days. After going back and forth the refund was finally issued. I went yesterday and can see again. I think his name was Christian he was very nice and helpful and willing to work with me. Got to walk out with my glasses the same day. Glad I decided to come here. Will definitely come back.
They are in the business of taking your money!! They don’t care about people! Do not waste your time with Stanton, go to a real in-person doctor!!!
