Feline the customer service rep was upset when I had asked her if they could replace the lenses for my new frames. She told me we don’t do it here. Then that is when a new manager from a different location was able to assist me. He indicated to me normally I don’t work at this location. But I will be able to assist you. Stanton in Arlington TX I will never never come back to this company I spent so much money an I still can't used my glasses . I should have known the signs when there were a lot more people there for the second time to get their glasses fixed. I ran into one of my coworkers and she was there for the third time trying to get her glasses corrected that was a very bad experience and no, I will not be returning nor recommended one of my friends co workers neighbors to this facility

The Manager Brooke is awesome! She is super helpful, answered all questions that I had. Highly recommend!
Love this place it’s almost fun to come here the process is so fast everyone is done in one day there is nothing better than being able to see same day plz spend your money here
