Update: got a phone call for this location and agreed that they made a mistake and said they were going to give me a reimbursement when I show them prof that I do have vision insurance which I did but now won't respond to my emails or have given me my refund. Terrible communication and liars. Showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment told the reception that I was planning on using my insurance. I didn't like any of the frame but since I was already their I figured i would still do the exam and just buy somewhere else. As ... read more
Terrible communication and liars. Showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment told the reception that I was planning on using my insurance. I didn't like any of the frame but since I was already their I figured i would still do the exam and just buy somewhere else. As I was trying to get a copy of my prescription I get told that I have to buy the frames or pay out of pocket for the exam. That i will be forfeiting my coverage if I don't buy the frames and exam at the same place.
