WASTE OF TIME!!! I actually have some issues with my eyes I wanted to discuss with the doctor. This place just trying to sell you some glasses THAT'S IT!! There is no doctor there. Just a virtual person that puts pictures on a screen and asks if you see it. Then the tech comes back and sells you frames. I'm very disappointed.
My visit from the beginning to ending was Awesome. Clark Lang, Julian, and Jocelyn is a Great Team. All three assisted me with selecting two pair of eyeglasses that was the perfect fit for me. Thank you again for the Excellent Customer Service. I will definitely come here again and refer family and friends. Keep up the Awesome work Clark, Julian, and Jocelyn!!!

My time at Stanton Optical was an EYE-TRAVAGANZA! The staff is AWWWESOME! Julian greeted me at the door and escorted me to waiting area in the back. We talked about the next steps and how great the Knicks are ;-) My tech was awesome as well. She explained the process step by step. And when I was done with my exam (very high tech) I was escorted to the front to select some frames, my favorite part of the process. This would be zero stars but customer service was great. This company severely MESSED my prescription strength up. The doctors don’t listen to the customer. They gave me a SIGNIFICANTLY WEAKER rx lens for both glasses AND CONTACTS from what I was prescribed two years ago with this same company! And the prescription they told me I was getting for contacts was +4.25 I ordered some with them which will take a week to get here so when I got home I called to request an emailed copy of my rx AND I went online to my account.
