New glasses lost a screw, wouldn't help at all. Said I could get use my frame warranty and pay more $$$$? Just need 1 screw for my new frames. Not "same day" or even same week glasses in my case. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This was my first experience at Stanton Optical, and I loved it! The Assistant Manager, JACOB, went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and answered all 25 of my questions! I totally loved the hybrid interaction!
Office staff had good customer service for eye exam and ordering glasses. My complaint is a DMV form was to be completed and return within 72 hours. Going on 3rd week after multiple follow up calls.
