Alec was amazing and the eye doctor I saw was incredible.
Horrible company. Avoid if possible. They charge an absurd markup on the exact same product available online. I had to call three separate times in order for them to tell me I needed an in person appointment in order to change my active contact prescription to a different brand. They told me there would be no charge. Then I arrived for the appointment and they said they would have to charge me for a second exam unless I purchased their contacts in store. Super friendly, helped me find a pair of glasses that I ended up really liking. Understanding and patient, and my exam went great I didn't feel all that nervous or upset! So yeah go here I recommend 👌🏾
