Although they were short-staffed the customer service was very pleasant.
Been waiting 2 months to receive my glasses and when it’s finally here, it wasn’t rolled and polished so my hi-index lens are really thick whereas I ordered my previous glasses just 2 years at the same place and it was rolled and polished. ALL THE EMPLOYEES just give you the run around and try to get you off the phone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER getting glasses. I do not recommend this place to NO ONE. Save your time and money, trust me
Stopped at a business next door and when I pulled in I noticed this place. Caught my eye because my last name is Stanton. I have been needing to get a new prescription and contacts - i scheduled the appointment online, walked in and was immediately greeted. They let me know that the doctor wasn't in office but I had the choice of a virtual appointment.
