Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I was told my new contact lenses would be ready in 3 or 4 days after my initial eye exam. They said they would contact me when they were ready. I waited for a week and no word. I tried calling the location where I went and no answer for days. I searched Google to make sure I had the right number and the location said "Temporarily Closed" I called corporate to speak with someone and they told me it was a special order and it could be 4 weeks before I get my contacts, unlike the 3 ... read more
Do not go to Stanton Optical. I made an appointment went there this morning. When I got there, the one person in the store said that because I’m diabetic, the eye doctor (who’s remote, not on site) will do the exam, but might not sign off on my prescription and would still expect me to pay. Why would I pay if you won’t sign off on the prescription? I was told by the store employee that this was their policy. Well then why the hell wasn’t this disclosed ahead of time? I had a confirmed appointment unfortunately they take walkins if they arrive so having an appointment is a farce. In addition they do not have an optometrist on site and only one person working the store for a virtual eye test. I would not go back
Super nice Explained everything in detail. It was nice and peaceful. Had a nice selection. Definitely will go back in a few years when I need a new pair.
Pallevi and Zee were amazing. They were both so patient when it came to explaining my insurance benefits, frame picking, and options for my son and his prescription. I will be returning to purchase more glasses throughout the year.
