Miranda took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. Stopped in for some help with my sunglasses. Even though I didn’t purchase them there they were still extremely helpful and some of the nicest people. This place is awesome!!
Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Customer service is hands down! They make you feel super comfortable in a somewhat stressful situation(for first timers). I was getting glasses again but my son was new to this. Miranda made him feel completely at ease compared to where he had just tried(no bedside manners). Awful experience. Never saw a doctor, the optical test was done by a person on a screen with a headset on like they were sitting in a call center. Severely understaffed and extremely slow service. Spent 2 and a half hours just to get an exam. The glasses my daughter picked then went missing and the manager couldn't think of a solution to find them and just kept saying it was weird they went missing. Absolutely awful experience and will never return!
Staff was extremely friendly and were a great help during my selection process for frames. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.
