Eyesight is important. These people do not care one bit about their patients. I asked if the doctor could change the brand of lenses that were prescribed and the lady was extremely combative and unwilling to help. It was as though they cared more about money than caring for their patients. I was told it could be 2 weeks before they could get it changed. I basically needed a quick pair of glasses to replace my broken pair. The process was unique in that you'll have a remote doctor controlling the lenses during your test. Ok. I was born before 1980 but I'm trying to embrace the new world of tech and outsourcing every aspect of a large franchise. The assistant was very nice and I felt bad for reducing the extras to the point of barely being a whale but I promise I'll get my permanent pair here and stack the extras. They offer a free eye exam on their website. What they dont tell you until you get there is the exam is only free if you buy glasses from them. I drove 30min to this appointment only to be told it would be $105 just for the exam. I've never needed glasses so I didn't anticipate anything changing but still not a bad idea to have an exam from time to time. This was a classic bait and switch.
