Had an apointment scheduled at 1:45, I got there at 1:40. The sales manager took me back to get me checked in and says she can't get me in on my scheduled time, I asked how long am I going to be waiting (thinking it's only going to be 5-10 mins) she says I'll be seen at 2:30. What's the point of an appointment? Waste of my time. Take your service where you're appreciated not just a quick sale for someone.
Do not go here. I have been misinformed multiple times about when my glasses would be ready. Monday will be the last time I deal with this location. If the prescription is off or I'm told that I have to wait even longer to get my glasses once again. I will be demanding a full refund of the money I spent here.
Terrible place to make glasses, it's like giving away money because they don't know how to work. I went twice to get the test done and both times they did it wrong. I strained my eyes and what they said was that I had to leave them on for a full week and I left them on and a lump appeared under my eye. I went again and they told me that it wasn't their problem and that they wouldn't refund any money. I don't recommend this place at all.
***update***. I was just informed I will be receiving a replacement and a rebate. This has been very frustrating but at least they fixed the problem and gave me my rebate. Thank you
