The associate working the check out on 8/15 at 5PM was extremely rude and inconsiderate sharing her personal grievances with paying customers. She was disrespectful to everyone in the store, children included. She kept complaining that she would not be able to "pick up her grandchild because customers were going to have her working late." She said she couldn't take appointments in store, and it had to be done on a computer but don't think you're getting one today because we don't have any only to check and see 3 appointments... read more
Nobody acknowledged me been here three times now same thing
I found the staff to be extremely helpful and efficient. Yes I did experience some wait time but that was because of the amount of people that were being attended. I find that the tele health odea is pretty efficient and gets you in and out of the doctor's office.
My experience here was unique, and I had to be sure to review and acknowledge the amazing work of the lady who helped me. I was able to see an appointment same day, arrived and Ms. Nekiel (I believe was her name, I misplaced the sticky I’d written it on.) Nevertheless she went above and beyond to have my very unique, and urgent concerns. I appreciate her making this my first experience at this location a positive one.
