Outstanding experience. I have gone to this location consistently for 3 years and they make it so easy. Such a friendly staff!
I had an outstanding experience at Stanton Optical in Greenfield. I lost my glasses right before our vacation to Hawaii, and the manager, Peter, made sure my glasses were processed at the last second before closing. Raymund, one of the employees, stayed after closing hours to ensure I could pick them up before our trip. Their dedication and kindness made a huge difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help. Highly recommend Stanton Optical!
I ordered glasses that should've arrived 6 days ago. I have been trying to reach customer service, but there is only 1 means of contact. This phone number takes the caller to their closest store for "customer service". I ordered a pair of glasses online, which is separate from the stores location. The manager said he has nothing to do with online orders and as such cannot help with my order. I asked to be pushed to someone higher and he couldn't help.
