Nicholas and Sharon (might have gotten her name wrong, I had trial contacts in) are very professional. Their customer service is on point.
Nicholas is the only person there that you want to talk to. Everyone else there will waste your time, frustrate you, and make you want to never come back.
This store and manager went above and beyond. I went in to see if they could fix my broken frames. I ended up with TWO pairs of new glasses for the price of one. Hard to find customer service like this.
