Great customer service before and long after the sale. High quality product. Far better than any competitor. They are in a league of their own. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
If I could give them a 0 I WOULD worse eye exam ever first off there’s not actually doctors on sight , they will tell you they’ll make you an appt to see you specialist at the Dallas location and they never make the appt , dry wasted peoples time got there at 5:30 it took a hour and a half for him to tell me they weren’t able to help me , I hope yall shut down
I paid $139 for two pairs of metal-framed glasses and an eye exam. They arrived very quickly, in three days, although it was really two because the first day was when I went for the exam. I went for the $79 deal, so it only applies to glasses with the blue label. However, my prescription required a small addition, and even so, $139 was a great price because that's usually the price of just an eye exam. The manager, Jontrell, was amazing. 5 stars for Stanton Optical! The staff made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure my issue with my glasses was taken care of.
I am very upset I went to get the deal for 2 glasses and had my eyes checked for contacts no one told me it was extra to get tested for contacts payed $200 I will not be coming back.
