1st off the doctor comes in on a video call to do the eye exam . After the exam I said to the woman at the store I couldn’t understand a word the doctor was saying . Big accent . 2 weeks later the glasses come in I see double prescription was obviously wrong . I asked for a refund . I said I’d like to see a doctor face to face . She said ok I’ll put in for a refund . 2 weeks later get a notification my glasses are ready for pick up . I said I didn’t ask for them to be redone I asked for a refund . I had a wonder experience with the store. Brandy and Jaquayle helped me with my exam and picking out a pair of glasses. It was my first time ever being to an eye doctor and they made me feel at ease. I would highly suggest this store.
I was visiting from out of town when I realized my order from 1-800 contacts was not going to be delivered due to my contacts RX being expired. On a whim, I called Stanton Optical in Cornelius, NC and although they were busy on a Friday…Brandy was able to squeeze me in for an eye exam which ended up saving me so much time and money. Got booked for an eye exam, just a day after I called. I needed contacts with and without adjustment for astigmatism and glasses. Brandy and the men in the front end of the store were extremely helpful in making sure I was squared away with everything I needed, and at the best price possible!
I cannot rave enough about the staff at Stanton Optical #276, Cornelius location! JAQUAYLE, CHRIS, AND BRANDY WERE AMAZING!!! There was a problem checking out with my Care Credit card (a Care Credit problem, not a Stanton Optical problem) and everyone, especially Jaquayle, was so incredibly patient and kind during the entire ordeal. Over two hours later, I’m on my way home, loving my glasses, and feeling so grateful for such a wonderful staff! Great job you guys and thank you so much for all of your help!!! Paula
