These reviews have got to be bought. Let me start off by saying it was odd from the store. It is not your usual optical place. I get in there. They run a few tests on my eyes as normal, then she says come on into this room and the doctor will be on the screen to assist you with your appointment. Yesterday through customer service I made an appointment to go. Have my eyes checked and to get some glasses? This was my first experience which was one of the greatest experience I've had. Precious and Rochelle were phenomenal! I broke my glasses during my move and was so nervous about how long it would take to get a new pair. I got an eye exam and two pairs of glasses! I had only been in the area for 3 days and theses two were just a reminder that my move to a new area was the right choice!
I went to this optometry office for an eye exam and requested a vision certificate for the DMV. I was told it would be ready within three business days. A week went by — nothing. I called them multiple times, and each time I was given a different timeframe and vague promises that it would be ready "soon." Today, I went there in person, only to find out that they had simply forgotten about me. Keep in mind, I had even sent them a PDF file with the exact form they needed to fill out. I visited Stanton Optical Cornelius, NC on August 1, 2025 to have lenses replaced in my sunglasses. I had to return on 8/12 because the lab broke my frames putting in the new lenses. The manager kindly allowed me to pick out a new frame and it was sent off to the lab for the lenses to be put in. The glasses came in but I could not see out of them clearly so I returned to the store on 8/23.
