Not happy at all..brand new glasses . Screws fell out. Personal butcherd them They will.replce the ear peice or I will call corporate. These are 9 hundred Dollar eyeglasses. Look at this Shabby work. A 5 year old could have done better. I'm irate. I spent 1,500 on two pair of glasses. To get this type of service. With a Attitude while she was Butchering them.
Did the exam on Friday March 28th I think supposed to be $139 buy one get one free eye exam and all I pick two glasses out one more regular glasses other than wood sunglasses and they told me it was going to be almost $1,000 I said no I want the special they did the reading glass and and have still not got glasses yet I really wanted progressive lenses but they was gonna cost a lot of $$$

Went in for eye exam and glasses. The buy one get one not true. Was going to be over $1000 for them. Got one pair $516. When they came in wrong prescription. They wouldn’t give me the $516 back. They gave me $445. Told me had to pay for exam that wasn’t even the right prescription they told me I needed. This place doesn’t give the specials they claim to have.
I went into this store being a bit skeptical about their telehealth service. Lili and Jr were very nice and helpful when helping me pick out the glasses. Mimi and Dafne were so informative about the whole process. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Place was very clean and the environment was very friendly. The telehealth service scared me but it was just like a regular eye exam, it was actually even easier. They got me out of there very quickly. I brought my kids here to get an eye exam... read more
