Lily and Alice were very helplful and patient with me today and explained everything throughout my exam and guided me well in placing the contacts in correctly !!!
So they’re not equipped to make glasses for certain prescriptions on site. Be aware of that. There is no rush order option either. Their onsite staff were pleasant though. Prices are very high for glasses and add ons regardless of their BOGO offers. After being told I couldn’t get my glasses made the same day because of how bad my eyes were, I shopped around and I went to Eyemart express. Eyemart express got me out the door with a pair of freshly made glasses in under an hour.
Alice is the agent! She goes above and beyond the call of duty!! She’s the Best!! She deserves a BIG raise for Her contribution to the business!!!She’s The reason I come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Incredible experience. Really nice selection, super quick, and incredible staff. Junior was so helpful and so nice! 💯 Also worth noting I was able to use my Medicaid here.
