I had appointment today. Very weird experience. Against my better judgment I stayed for appointment. Praying that my prescription is correct. The one lady that helped me with my glasses was sweet and helpful. The other lady just had a stank little attitude. Later in the afternoon I called to office to get clarification on my prescription the lady that answered was just rude. I will pick up my glasses when they are ready and hope prescription is correct. Advertises "BOGO FREE" and "Ready in 30 minutes or less" which were the 2 main reasons I went, as i had stepped on my previous glasses and needed new ones ASAP. I was told the BOGO is for 60% off, not free. And that my glasses would take 2 weeks to arrive. It has been a week so i figured I'd check if they were in by chance. I am very late in posting this review so I apologize for that. However, this place was really great!! A year ago my glasses just broke on me with no warning (not gotten from here, they were from Vision Works). I very much cannot see without them haha so I was desperate to fix them or get a fast pair. Went to Vision Works first and they were extremely rude. My mom found Stanton and that they could give them to you in an hour. I needed nose pads for a family members glasses and made an appointment. Junior greeted me at the door and was extremely professional and courteous in his customer service. I will come back to Stanton for future needs because of Junior!
Had a great experience. Staff were super friendly. They helped me pick out the cutest frames and my script was perfect. Will definitely be bringing my friends and family to come and get frames too
