Really nice staff and the service was great!
I booked my appointment online and was called the day of to say that there wouldn’t be enough time to see me unless I came earlier in the day. I arrived earlier as requested and had a long wait with a packed waiting area. In the end, spoke to a doctor via video call who rushed through the appointment and was clearly uninterested in being helpful. Update! It was wrong a 3rd time and this time they just said "oh, sorry, we don't do your kind of prescription (prisms). This place is a complete waste of time and money. They rushed me in and out. Bought 2 pair. I had an apt, and didn't get seen for almost an hour after the apt. rushed through the exam. took about a week for them to come in. Rx was wrong. they expedited 1 pair that still took 4 days (i still dont have them but they said tomorrow for sure) they said the second pair would take an additional 14 days. so to sum... read more
