I ordered 2 pair. I put two frames in the box. Everyone I spoke to knew I was getting two pair. I get her to pick them up and it’s one pair. The woman was rude by making a phone call because she had messed up someone else’s order. Poor customer service and incompetence . I got my script and going elsewhere. They seem to not know what they are doing
tara was absolutely helpful and helped me pick out the most beautiful frames. She had a bright personality and very funny . she made a simple trip to what was supposed to be just a visit to the eye doctor, a great and fun time.She was patient and thorough with helping me select frames. I highly recommend tara for any optical assistance. Thanks stanton optical. I will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. They treated me with great care and respect, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit.
Came in and was surprised that there was no on sight eye doc. Was told it would be virtual but never spoke to an eye doc. Stayed for the visit. Half my ordered arrived on time. Received the email stating my glasses were done. Came in to pick up and only 1 pair was there, was told the other pair was still being made. Ok...a week later called to see if there was an update only to be told they were shipped to another location in a different state. No happy with my experience. No apology or anything
