I went in not knowing what to do since I haven’t been at an eye doctor for so long. Yessenia was really nice & patient with me. Thank you Areli for guiding me on the prices and what best fits my face figure made me very comfortable thank you.
Horrible service. Long waits even if you schedule an appointment. Staff does not have any sense of urgency and are very rude. Store was empty and they had me wait due to them being “busy”. Your appointment won’t even be with an actually doctor, one virtually signs off on your perscription AFTER the appointment. Laurie the branch manager is totally unhelpful
Extremely disappointing experience; I strongly advise going elsewhere. I received an update on 8/16/2026 stating my glasses were ready, but when I called to confirm, staff could not find them. They promised a manager would call the next day, but no one did. I followed up two days later due to the lack of communication, only to be told they were short-staffed and busy, with another promise of a same-day call that also never happened. I went in to pick up some glasses, and I was ignored by who I assumed was the manager, I told her I was picking up some glasses she told me to sign in and wait. Took like 20 minutes to get the glasses and that's because I told them that it was ridiculous, I don't like playing the race card but as soon as a white woman came in she stop what she was doing to help her, the lady was in there for the same reason I was, that's when I said something, I know they don't care about my business but I'm never going back to a racist busi... read more
Came here on my day off for a dry eye consult, that is clearly advertised outside as a service. Appt was at 11:30. At 12:07 an admin came back to ask a bunch of questions. Had me fill out a bunch of medical info that they could have had me fill out while waiting and didn't actually get seen until 12:30 for a 5 minute screening for dry eyes. Then they come back and say I need to do another 5step evaluation but can't tell me how long that actually takes.
