This is the second time I go on a Sunday and both times have been really bad experience. Employees have no customer service, honestly they look like they don't even want to be there on a Sunday and forget that the patients are a number one priority. I received my eye prescription signed by a doctor and I never even saw or met with a Dr. I will definitely not come back to this place.
They have really Nice staff , but for a large optometrist place or what ever lol l... They said that they had to send my girlfriend to a specialist and it would cost more money!! I felt uneasy about that , so I went to walmart and went there and they handled my girlfriend's prescription quickly easy and half the price.. If you have trouble here , go to walmart , they got what you need!!
Pretty good experience. We went during a busy day but I feel like it went by smoothingly. I got two pairs for under 300! And I had to get add ons bc of my astigmatism You just have to ask about any deals or promos they’re doing. Adella helped us and she was amazing! Found us deals and helped navigate us. She’s so easy to talk to as well. All the staff was nice and the receptionist lady was helpful. You can look at options while you wait for your eye exam.
I was anxious about having to purchase glasses after I lost my insurance. After walking into Stanton twice and walking out without purchasing I met Adella. She put me at ease and showed me how affordable it was to get glasses without insurance. I went in for one pair and ended up getting a second pair of safety glasses for work for the same price. Thanks Adella your the best
Adella was absolutely amazing she was so sweet and understanding she helped make sure both my kids got great glasses that will fit them for a long time she also made sure we were able to get a amazing deal she went above and beyond what I could have ever expected!!
