My son's eyeglass frames broke and Elijah was very helpful finding the exact frame so that I wouldn't have to buy a complete pair . It only took them 5 minutes to place my sons lenses in the new frame. We were very happy because my son is almost blind without his glasses! Their prices are also very reasonable.
My first time here for my son they had a really good special 2 for $79 I did get some extra feature that came out to almost $1,000 but they cut it in half great friendly staff Doctor was really great Secretary was really great receptionist very friendly very clean hardly no wait time great place. I'm thinking about coming here to get my glasses next for sure again % awesome staff friendly and helpful
So this is just my experience I went here to get an eye exam it's my first time we're in April 16th 2026 so I had a very bad experience here it's been 4 years since I had a eye exam besides that they did all the machines the new machines that they have they used on me and it was just a bad experience because none of them were accurate for me because they took me to do the eye chart but the guy was on the screen there was no person no real eye exam doctor the eye exam was on zoom it was a really bad description that I receive... read more
Insurance Price VS. Non-Insurance Price is CONFUSING! Thank you to the two ladies that took their time to nicely explain it to me at the Shaw/Villa store. $200 for a years worth of contacts + glasses/contact exam. Ultimately applying what could my out of network insurance partial coverage. I LOVE the new machines every time I go. It makes me feel like I’m getting cutting edge of eye prescriptions. I gave 4 stars because everyone wasn't so pleasant there were some people who work there that were rude and didn't even acknowledge me. This one employee i think her name was Ghislaine or Jocelyn, she was so nice and welcoming if it wasn't for her I wouldn't of got contacts. She explained everything to me and even told me about an inserter for contacts which they don't provide. She was very helpful.
