I call at 5:40 to make appointment at 6:30 i coming at 6:20 and the girl said i don't have any appointment what a waste of time, i should have read the reviews before coming here
First of all, there is no eye doctor actually there giving exams. It’s all over ZOOM video chat with a scripted chat and checklist, and if you request to talk to a real doctor the girls there look at you all confused and had to ask around to find me an address with any one i can actually speak to with any eye care education. The staff was also worked very slow since there is no actual doctor there to look over them, they work with no care in the world or with no time management. Very slow. Annahi was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back for more glasses in the future. The store was very clean and everyone was very respectful.
