I went in for glasses and contacts. The staff was super nice and friendly. Aralei I believe who helped me was very friendly and professional. I went in 7/2 at 1:30 and everyone there was great. I hope the manager can recognize their hard work
The staff here seems lost or easily confused, came here to pickup contact lenses and they spent 5 minutes looking for glasses. One of the other staff told her coworker “I think she’s here for contacts” and then I told her I’m here for contacts yet again and she acted surprised and said “oh okay for some reason I thought it was glasses” this whole ordeal took more than 10 minutes. Empty store but still had a long wait. The "$79 for exam and 2 pairs of glasses" is a lie. Exam is free IF you buy glasses. Free glasses ONLY if you want basic readers. Bifocals not included. "Same day glasses" is a lie. Only includes reading glasses. They can't make any prescription glasses same day. Only go here if you need an exam and can't wait for appt elsewhere. All their Eyewear is overpriced. Buy elsewhere.
I have always had great experiences at this location in the past—even during peak hours as a walk-in, I’ve been seen in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately, today was a completely different story. I arrived early for my 10:15 AM appointment to browse around. A male walk-in customer arrived after me and began complaining to the staff about the wait time.
